after finishing my comprehensives and then feverishly working in the for enough data to put on a good show for my annual department seminar, i am now catching up on my movie watching quota. i couldn't sleep the other night and finally watched wild hearts can't be broken. i know, i know...you're thinking how in the dickens did she ever avoid seeing that? really it was simple. but i have to say, i'm in total girl crush on Sonora Webster and her gumption.

according to my not-very-well-executed google search, the real Sonora lived from 1904-2003. doesn't she look like someone who would be fun to pal around with? look at that smirk!
